Illegal Drugs and Illegal Immigration - part 1

Frosty Wooldridge introduces Howard Wooldridge, who discusses illegal drugs and the connection with illegal immigration. A former police officer, Howard notes the abysmal failure of the war on drugs and how drugs are transported by illegal aliens sneaking into the United States. He suggests a refocusing of priorities in dealing with illegal drugs in order to better make use of law enforcement resources. (The Social Contract takes no position on this issue).
