Will There Ever Be a Tipping Point?

While thousands of Americans become victims of the crimes committed by illegal aliens each and every year, there are some crimes which are simply so heinous they make all of us take pause and ask the question… Will this one finally be enough?

When Arizona rancher Rob Krentz was found shot to death on his own property, with his faithful dog found dead beside him, many of us thought this murder would force the government to finally take action.

Then, when Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered in the Arizona desert with a weapon that was actually supplied by the federal government, many of us believed that those in the very highest levels of the Obama administration would have to answer for this outrage…

Of course, those two events came and went and our border is even less protected today than it was when Rob Krentz was killed, and Eric Holder is still the attorney general, despite the revelation that he knowingly placed thousands of so-called assault rifles into the hands of the Mexican drug cartels.

What follows is a list of a few more of those ‘tipping point’ events:

Illegal alien beat 2-year-old girl to death…

In May 2013, Richmond (Va.) Circuit Court Judge Margaret P. Spencer sentenced Gabriela Gonzales, 25, to 20 years in prison for the beating death of 2-year-old Keiry Nicole Dominguez Martinez.

In November, Gonzales pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and felony child abuse resulting in serious injury.

Gonzales was babysitting the toddler while her mother was away, reportedly looking for work.

Apparently, the little girl had a bad rash and was crying for her mom.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reported:

The babysitter, Gabriela Gonzales, apparently could not stand it anymore. Richmond prosecutor Edward Nickel said that Gonzales shook the girl so hard that her “neck had to be snapping back and forth” and also smashed the girl’s head several times onto a bathtub or toilet.

The child’s injuries included multiple skull fractures, brain hemorrhaging and spinal cord hemorrhaging.

The prosecution witness, Dr. Robin Foster, said the child’s brain was swollen to twice the size of a normal 2-year-old’s brain, creating so much pressure that blood could no longer flow to the brain.

An ambulance took Keiry, who was unresponsive, to Chippenham Hospital, Langer said. She was later brought to VCU Medical Center, where she was placed on life support and was pronounced dead three days later.

Initially, Gonzales claimed the child had simply fallen off of the bed onto the floor.

Since her arrest, the Mexican national has shown absolutely no sign of remorse for her actions, according to police and prosecutors.

According to her attorney, Gonzales came to the United States illegally six years ago.

Mom killed while trying to protect daughter from illegal alien child predator…

In April 2013, deputies with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) arrested Jose Zarate, 25, after he reportedly shot a woman to death who was trying to defend her daughter.

The shooting took place in Aguila, Arizona. KSAZ reported:

Authorities say an argument ensued after the suspect, 25-year-old Jose Zarate, went to 31-year-old Maria Saucedo’s home around 9:30 p.m.

When the two began fighting about Zarate wanting to have a romantic relationship with Saucedo’s 13-year-old daughter, he pulled out a rifle and shot her in the chest at close range — in the presence of the teen.

According to the MCSO report, “One of several witnesses to the crime apparently disarmed Zarate before he fled the area on foot.”

When they arrived at the scene, deputies administered CPR on Saucedo, but she was later pronounced dead.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio stated: “How awful this is that a mother loses her life in the process of defending her daughter’s honor.”

Zarate has been charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, and prohibited weapon possession.

Illegal alien charged with killing 6-year-old Cub Scout...

In January 2013, San Antonio police arrested Luis Enrique Landin after he reportedly drove into 6-year-old Brandon Abrams as he waited on the sidewalk for the ice cream truck’s daily visit.

Landin’s Ford Ranger pickup truck jumped the curb and struck the little boy as he sat on his bicycle in the 9300 block of Autumn Sunrise, according to police.

A witness, Jane Withers, saw the crash from her house and immediately ran to the boy.

The impact was so great that it knocked the little boy out of his shoes.

Withers told the San Antonio Express: “I saw (Brandon) fly in the air and hit the ground. I’ve never seen anyone fly through the air so much. ... He was doing the right thing, riding on the sidewalk.”

Abrams was taken by helicopter to University Hospital.

Unfortunately, the boy quickly succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.

The boy’s mother, Nadia Abrams, tearfully told WOAI: “He always wanted to just be outside. He always wanted to play. We were working on homework. The ice cream truck went by. I just was going to let him out long enough to get some ice cream.”

The day after he was killed, many people, including Abrams’ own Cub Scout Pack 352, attended a candlelight vigil at the scene of the fatal crash.

Landin was charged with intoxication manslaughter and driving without a license.

Illegal alien dragged paralyzed woman from her wheelchair, raped her…

In May 2010, Joel Eliazar Ortega, 30, was sentenced to life in prison by Washoe County District Judge Patrick Flanagan, after the illegal alien pleaded guilty to raping a paralyzed woman.

On Oct. 30, 2009, Ortega approached the victim, who suffers from cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair, grabbed the chair’s handles and wheeled her into an alley behind a shopping center on North McCarran Boulevard, brutally assaulting her.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Bruce Hahn told the court: “She was dragged from her wheelchair, her clothes taken off, sexually assaulted and then left lying in an alley.”

Ortega fled the scene, leaving the helpless woman lying nude in the alley.

That same day, Reno police responded to a domestic abuse call at a nearby apartment building, and discovered Ortega, who fit the description of the rapist.

The victim then identified Ortega as her assailant.

Judge Flanagan told Ortega: “You are a danger...you are lucky there is only one life sentence I can impose in this case.”

Illegal alien charged with raping disabled girl…

On May 30, 2013, New Mexico State Police arrested Sergio Alejandro Real-Vasquez, 31, after he reportedly raped a 16-year-old developmentally disabled girl in Arroyo Seco.

On April 18, the girl’s mother dropped her off at Real-Vasquez’s house, along with her 9-year-old brother and went out for the night, according to court documents.

The Santa Fe New Mexican reported:

The girl was enrolled in a ninth-grade special education program, the document states. She later told police that she was searching for a family dog when Real-Vasquez assaulted her. She told police, the warrant states, that Real-Vasquez forced her to have sex and oral sex.

The brother had gone outside to play, according to the warrant, but then saw his sister run out from the house saying “get away from me,” as she jumped a fence and ran to a neighbor’s house.

The neighbors called the victim’s mother, who quickly reported the assault.

Real-Vasquez has been charged with five second-degree felony charges of criminal sexual penetration of a minor, one count of criminal sexual contact with a minor and one count of false imprisonment.

Illegal alien knocked 93-year-old woman’s teeth out, while raping her…

In July 2013, police in Omaha arrested Sergio Perez, 19, after he reportedly raped a 93-year-old woman in her home.

The woman was found bloodied, with several serious injuries.

Omaha.com reported:

The woman’s daughter, who also lives in the residence, called 911. Officers said they discovered Perez nude and on top of the woman in a bedroom that had blood on the “walls, floor, ceiling and bed.”

The prosecution said that Perez admitted to police that he beat and raped the victim “because he was angry at women after a night of drinking.”

Perez was found naked and passed out on top of the victim, according to police.

The woman’s cheekbones, nose, and several teeth were broken in the ordeal.

The victim, Louise Sollowin, died a few days after the incredibly brutal attack.

Perez, who speaks only Spanish, is employed as a roofer. Perez has been charged with murder, first-degree sexual assault, first-degree assault, and burglary.

Illegal alien charged with killing dog with chainsaw…

In February 2013, Richmond County (Ga.) sheriff’s deputies responded to a call in the 2000 block of Chester Ave., in Augusta, and found a man covered in blood, who admitted to killing his neighbor’s dog, Zuru.

The man, Pablo Chaves, 35, told deputies that he had just shot the dog twice with a 12-gauge shotgun, according to the arrest report.

However, when deputies investigated, they found the Rottweiler lying dead with a large gash on his neck. A bloody chainsaw was next to the dog’s body.

Chaves then claimed he could not remember what happened.

Zuru’s owner, Rolanda Jackson, told the Augusta Chronicle: “We thought he had run away. I couldn’t believe that he did it.”

Jackson actually learned of Zuru’s fate through an online report of the crime.

Chaves has been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and discharge of a firearm on or near a public highway.

Of course, there are many other cases, in which children as young as infants have been raped and murdered by illegal aliens, and while all cases may differ in their severity, all crimes committed by illegal aliens share one identical property...they are all by permission of the White House.
