Mexican Illegals Waging Real ‘War on Women’ (and Girls)

While the Democrat Party rather laughably claims that Republicans have been waging a “War on Women,” there is an actual war being waged on much of this nation’s female population. However, it is not being directed from smoke-filled rooms at GOP headquarters, nor does it have anything to do with women’s salaries.

Unfortunately, one of the many imports to this country from Mexico is a culture of extreme misogyny and violence towards women. Not unlike the Enterovirus or the multiple-drug-resistant Tuberculosis, it is a malady brought here every day by Mexican men crossing our border illegally.

What follows is but a sampling of some of the more recent cases in which “our neighbors to the South,” have brought war against our women and children:

• On February 7, 2015, Lee County (NC) sheriff’s deputies arrested Abimael Castillo Ramirez, 24, of 55 Densen Lane, after he reportedly brutalized and sexually assaulted his live-in girlfriend.

The 28-year-old victim told investigators that Ramirez became infuriated after she received a text message, and accused the woman of cheating on him.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office released the following statement:

The victim reported Ramirez assaulted her until she lost consciousness and he then raped her and committed several other sexual acts on her. The victim reported Ramirez later left the residence after threatening to harm her and her family if she reported the incident.1

The woman was treated at Central Carolina Hospital for her injuries.

Ramirez was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree sexual assault, assault on a female, assault inflicting serious injury, communicating threats, and interfering with 911 communications. He is currently being held at the Lee County Jail without bond.

• On January 22, 2015, Kentucky State troopers arrested Manuel Gonzalez, 44, after he reportedly raped a 9-year-old girl a few weeks before. The accused lives next door to the victim’s family in a Bourbon County trailer park.

Though the girl immediately told her mother about the sexual assault, no medical attention for the girl was sought, nor were police notified of the crime.

The mother, Florivet Villopondo, 34, has also been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor.

Gonzalez has been charged with first-degree rape and sexual abuse. He is currently being held at the Bourbon County Regional Detention Center on an ICE detainer.

Gonzalez does not speak English, but through an interpreter, he told police that he simply woke up to find the young girl “touching” him, according to court documents.

• On January 29, 2015, Hugo Avalos Sanchez, 32, was sentenced by Judge Benjamin N.A. Kendrick in Loudoun County Circuit Court to nine years in prison, for molesting a 13-year-old girl.

In October 2014, the illegal alien entered an Alford plea on three counts of indecent liberties with a child. With an Alford plea, a defendant does not have to admit any guilt, but simply acknowledges that there is sufficient evidence to convict him.

In May 2014, when he was arrested, he was originally charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of sodomy.

Sanchez forced the girl to give him a massage, then pressed her hands to his genitals, and finally sodomized her, according to court documents.

The victim, now 14, testified against her attacker:

“The things that happened to me are hard to forget. I know because I’ve tried. I’m still scared and cautious of everything… No kid should have to be afraid of what I’ve been through,” reported The Loudoun Times.2

Upon hearing that he would face deportation back to Mexico after completing his prison sentence, Sanchez told the judge it would be a “ devastating experience.”

• On January 9, 2015, Iredell County (NC) sheriff’s deputies arrested Primitivo Hernandez, 39, following an investigation, which revealed his continued sexual abuse of a young girl over the last few years.

The sexual assaults began in September 2012, when the victim was only 13 years old, according to court documents.

The girl recently reported the assaults to a school resource officer at North Iredell High School. The case was then assigned to Det. Amy Dyson of the Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit.

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office released the following statement: “The victim was taken to the Dove House Children’s Advocacy Center for a forensic interview. During the interview, the child disclosed sexual abuse by a family member that had been ongoing at several locations throughout Iredell County for several years....”

Hernandez has been charged with 28 counts of statutory rape.

• On Dec. 24, 2014, police in Selma (NC) arrested Naun Artwio Rodriguez, 19, after he reportedly stabbed a woman in an unprovoked attack during a Christmas Eve party.

Around 10:00 p.m., Rodriguez ran into a home on Hunting Drive and plunged a large knife deep into the 37-year-old victim’s back, and fled from the scene, according to court documents.

Rodriguez was found a short time later, barricaded in the home he shares with his father on Pollock Street, still clinging to the knife. Police were forced to taser him when he refused to drop the weapon.

“Norma Matute, was rushed to WakeMed. Police Detective S.C. Richardson said the victim was stabbed partially in the spine, which has caused some paralysis in one of her legs. Whether the paralysis is temporary or permanent is something doctors have not yet determined,” WTSB reported.3 He has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He was drunk at the time of the stabbing, according to police.

• On December 26, 2014, Johnston County, North Carolina sheriff’s deputies arrested Felipe Avilia Guerrero, 16, after he reportedly broke into a woman’s home and sexually assaulted her.
Around 3:00 a.m., the victim was awoken by Guerrero, who was in bed, groping her, according to court documents.

The suspect then attempted to steal the woman’s car, but somehow managed to get the vehicle stuck in the driveway, and fled the scene on foot.

However, Guerrero returned to the scene a short time later, and attempted to steal a patrol car, as “deputies said they noticed a suspect approach the scene, open the drivers door to a patrol car and attempt to put the car in gear and flee,” WTSB reported.

The illegal alien was taken into custody, at which time deputies discovered the victim’s stolen jewelry in Guerrero’s pockets, according to Tammy Amaon, Public Information Officer, with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.

Guerrero has been charged with first-degree burglary, sexual battery, larceny of a motor vehicle, attempted larceny of a motor vehicle, and larceny after breaking and entering. He is currently being held at the Johnston County jail.

• In November 2014, Mercer County (NJ) Superior Court Judge Pedro Jimenez sentenced Humberto Gonzalez, 26, to 33 years in state prison for the abduction and rape of a 53-year-old woman in 2005.

On the night of May 22, 2005, Gonzalez grabbed the woman off of a Princeton bike path, dragged her to a nearby playground, and raped her.

However, through an interpreter, the Guatemalan national claimed the victim initiated the brutal encounter. “She started hugging me. Then she was kissing me, and I started kissing her back,” said Gonzalez.

In fact, his court-appointed defense attorney, Malaeika Montgomery, even went so far as to describe the victim as a “cougar,” looking for a young man the night she was raped.

The jury didn’t buy it and DNA evidence unquestionably linked the illegal alien to the crime.

The Trentonian reported:

The state DNA expert, Dolores Coniglio, testified earlier that the chances of her suspect-victim DNA match being wrong was more than a quadrillion to one.

“That’s a one with 15 zeroes after it,” testified Coniglio, who also said the population of the entire world is about 7 billion.5

Gonzalez has a lengthy criminal record in multiple states. He will not be eligible for parole until 2031.

• On October 25, 2014, police in Azusa (CA) arrested Victor Carnio Martinez, 48, after he reportedly sexually abused a 10-year-old girl on multiple occasions. He is acquainted with the victim’s family, which is how he gained access to the girl, according to police.

Two days before his arrest, Martinez took the girl with him to get some food; instead, he drove her to a secluded location behind a shopping center, where she was raped.

In a statement, Azusa Police spokesman Mike Bires, said:

Suspect Martinez and the victim were in his vehicle on Monday evening when he drove to the rear of a local shopping center. While in the vehicle, in a secluded area, Martinez sexually abused the child while she pleaded with him to stop. During the incident, Martinez threatened to harm the child and her family if she screamed, yelled for help, or told anyone about what he was doing to her. After nearly one hour, Martinez returned the victim to her mother, and once again threatened to harm the child and her family if she told anyone what had happened. 6

The victim reported the harrowing incident to her parents, who called police. She was taken to a local hospital where she was treated, and a rape kit was performed. It was then that the family learned that Martinez had been abusing the girl on a continuous basis, according to prosecutors.

Martinez has been charged with sexual intercourse or sodomy with child 10 years old or younger; sodomy by use of force with the victim under age 14; sexual penetration by foreign object; sodomy of person under 14 with 10 years difference; dissuading a witness from reporting a crime; and lewd act upon a child. He is currently being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles on an ICE detainer.

While these cases will prove rather shocking to most, anyone who has been paying attention to the epidemic of child rapes occurring in that state at the hands of illegal aliens, will not be surprised, as there have been 5,470 such charges filed in North Carolina, alone over the last 15 months, according to the citizens advocacy group known as NCFIRE. 7

One of the more sickening reasons behind this epidemic is the fact that the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is only 12 years of age.

Article 261 of Mexico’s Federal Criminal Code states:

Whoever, without the purpose of reaching copulation, performs a sexual act on a person under 12 or on a person that has no capacity of understanding the meaning of the act or that for any reason cannot resist, or demands that the act is performed, will be punished with a term of 2 to 5 years in prison.8

In addition to Mexico City, the age of consent is 12 in many Mexican states. The age of consent is 15 in Mexico state, 13 in Yucatan and Zacatecas; the age of consent is actually listed as “puberty” in Nayarit and 14 in the seven remaining Mexican states.

Another example of just how little the nation of Mexico values its young ladies, can be found in Mexico’s dubious distinction as the world’s largest distributor of child pornography.

• In October 2013, Mexican Senator Gabriela Cuevas addressed a conference on child exploitation, “Combatting Child and Adolescent Pornography,” and announced that at least 85,000 Mexican children have been forced into child pornography.

Jacobo Bello, coordinator for the federal police’s electronic crimes unit, also attended the conference and shared a very sobering fact:

While there were roughly 11,000 documented cases of child pornography in Mexico, during 2012, a mere 16 individuals were actually arrested in those cases.

Why so few arrests? Mexico’s current laws do not require Internet service providers to hand over information to law enforcement on users who regularly distribute child pornographic images, making investigations very difficult. There are also more than 1,300 Mexican websites devoted to the distribution of child pornography, according to La Jornada.9

Since the drug cartels branched out into the human smuggling business, thousands of young girls have disappeared throughout Mexico. Most of them are forced into prostitution in both Mexico as well as the United States, but many have undoubtedly also been used in the growing child pornography business.

InSight Crime reported:

Mexican criminal organizations are known to be involved in human trafficking and have been linked to underage prostitution. With an estimated 800,000 adults and 20,000 children trafficked for sexual exploitation each year in the country, it is feasible that some trafficked children become part of Mexico’s large child pornography industry.10

Of course, due to an open border with Mexico and our own government’s refusal to enforce immigration laws, these predators can easily make their way into this country to exploit American children…

In December 2014, Wake County (NC) sheriff’s deputies arrested Carlos Lazaro Rivero, 52, after he reportedly sent several video files depicting children engaged in sexual activity to an undercover investigator.

“Investigators estimated that the girls shown in the videos ranged from 1-3 years old to 11-13 years old,” The News & Observer reported.11

Rivero has been charged with five counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and was booked into the Wake County Jail on $400,000 bond and an ICE detainer.

• In May 2014, the New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau arrested Edgar Zarate, 23, following a joint investigation between the state police online predator unit and the Lovington Police Department.

A search warrant was executed on the home where the illegal alien was living and multiple examples of child pornography were found.

Zarate was charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography. He was booked into the Lea County Detention facility on a $60,000 bond, and an ICE detainer was filed.

• In November 2012, Sutter County (California) sheriff’s deputies arrested Tomas Castro-Guzman, 33, after a three-month investigation, which began after he allegedly shared pornographic images online with an undercover police officer.

A search warrant of Castro-Guzman’s home in Yuba City turned up “videos and movies involving children” on his computer, according to a SCSO press release. Capt. Lewis McElfrish told the Appeal Democrat: “These are actual videos and movies involving real children.”

Castro-Guzman, who also goes by the name Alfredo Martinez, has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography.

• In March 2011, Rakesh Kumar, an illegal alien from India, was arrested after Border Patrol agents discovered several video files packed away in his bag.

Hidalgo County (TX) Sheriff Lupe Trevino told KGBT Action 4 News:

We have at least 15 videos of children ten, eleven, twelve years of age simulating sexual intercourse. We don’t need any more of this type of activity in our country—we have our own problems. We don’t have to import any more trouble.12

Kumar was charged with possession of child pornography and intent to promote, and booked into the Hidalgo County Jail on an ICE detainer. This case is yet another example of how our porous border with Mexico is currently being exploited by criminals from every corner of the planet.

In March 2014, a Reuters article described the violence against women that has become so commonplace in Mexico:

The U.S.-Mexico border has long been a dangerous place for women. More than one-fifth of the women killed in Mexico in 2012 were slain in three of the four states neighboring Texas, according to the national statistics agency.

Most infamous is Chihuahua, home to Ciudad Juarez, where hundreds of women were murdered or kidnapped in the 1990s.

With 22.7 murders for every 100,000 women in 2012, Chihuahua is still Mexico’s most dangerous state for women. None of the figures include the many women who have gone missing or those corpses that are so badly mutilated that authorities cannot even identify their gender.

About 4,000 women disappeared in Mexico in 2011-2012, mostly in Chihuahua and the State of Mexico, according to the National Observatory Against Femicide. Many are forced into prostitution, a lucrative business for drug cartels expanding their portfolios.

The gangs even prey on women migrants looking to get to the United States. In the desert between Mexicali and Tecate on the U.S. border, rapists are so brazen that they flaunt their crimes by displaying their victims’ underwear on trees.

Central American migrants trekking to the U.S. border often take contraceptive pills with them because as many as six of 10 are raped passing through Mexico, Amnesty International says.

Human rights groups say security forces are often involved in sexual abuse and disappearance of women.13

Until Mexican laws are drastically changed and then enforced, that nation’s children will continue to be exploited in the most sickening manner. And, until our own immigration laws are enforced, our own children will continue to fall victim to the cross-border disease.

Of course, this aforementioned “War on Women and Girls” will not be covered by the likes of CNN, nor by the New York Times.
